After years of working in education and school administration, I realized that most educators and school leaders weren’t failing because they lacked passion or skill — they were drowning in overwhelming systems, constant demands, and workflows that simply weren’t designed for how real people think and work.
I’ve spent years building practical systems that reduce chaos, create clarity, and help people reclaim their time, energy, and focus. What started as my own journey toward simplicity and sustainability has grown into Zen and the Art of School Administration — a space dedicated to helping educators, administrators, and teams work in ways that are more organized, human-centered, and aligned with what matters most.
